Sport Performance
Hard Drive Sports Performance is a series of programs developed for young athletes to improve speed, agility, strength and body awareness. We have 3 separate age groups for classes. Athletes 7- 11 will be placed in our Future Sport program, athletes ages 11-13 in our Youth Sports Performance Class and High School Athletes will train at pre-determined time slots that work best for the athlete and our coaches. Our Future Sport and Youth Sport Classes run on the same cycles as our Youth Kickboxing and Youth Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Cycles. There are 6 cycles per year that last 8 weeks each. The beginning of a new cycles is used to introduce new skills and techniques while the end of the cycle is used to evaluate those techniques. Our High School athletes train on 12-week cycles that end with an evaluation as well. This helps us to determine the best way for each athlete to move forward into a new cycle and account for their competitive seasons. There is no requirement for training, but we recommend staying as consistent as possible throughout the year for the best results.

Future Sport Class
Future Sport Class Ages 7-10 Beginning February 2025 M/W/F 5:30-6:15
This class will introduce athletes to the basics of speed and strength development. Athletes will learn bodyweight movements like they would in a beginner level gymnastics class as well as learning the basics of speed and weight training. The weight training in this class will remain basic with an emphasis on good technique and development. There is plenty of time for heavier weight training as they get older after building a strong foundation.
Youth Sports Performance Class
Youth Sports Performance Class Ages 11-13 runs M/W/F @6:30pm.
This class will build upon the techniques and foundations built in our Future Sport class. It is also worth noting that you do not need to have taken our Future Sport class to be eligible to take this class. Our coaching staff will meet each athlete where they are at in the training journey, and it is both beneficial and available for athletes in all sports.
High School Sports Performance
High School Sports Performance Ages 14+
This program is not based at a specific time, but a time will be determined upon sign up that is best for both the athlete and our coaching staff. This program is designed to help athletes reach their athletic goals whatever they may be. Like the Youth Sports Performance Class, coaches will meet each athlete where they are in the process. We begin with an evaluation of speed, mobility and strength and use those results and observations to choose the best weights and programs for each athlete to see improvement in the training room and in their sport.
