Hard Drive Sports Performance is a program developed for youth athletes to improve speed, agility, strength and body awareness. Our program offers training that lasts 45mins- to 1 hour anywhere from 2-4 times per week. Training times are flexible and scheduled with our instructor. Classes are small group and are developed in 12 weeks cycles. The beginning of a new cycle is used to introduce new skills and techniques while the end of the cycle is used to evaluate those techniques. This helps us to determine the best way for each athlete to move forward into a new cycle and account for their competitive seasons. There is no requirement for training, but we recommend staying as consistent as possible throughout the year for the best results.
