Your journey in Kickboxing will begin learning the base fundamentals of striking which include feet placement, movement, and basic body mechanics.
As your skillset and fitness develop over time our students have the opportunity to further challenge themselves in advanced kickboxing classes.
The Roufusport method teaches a kickboxing style that has been proven in many athletic mediums up to an including UFC and Kickboxing world championships. You will be taught by Roufusport Black Belt and UFC Veteran Mike “Biggie” Rhodes. Coach Biggie will help and guide you as an evolving martial artist.
Additionally, thanks to its heavy use of cardio, Kickboxing burns tons of calories and aids in major weight loss (but not muscle mass loss of course)! All around, Kickboxing is perfect for strengthening and vitalizing the entire body. You’ll find yourself feeling and looking stronger, healthier, and happier.
