Hard Drive University is an eight week bootcamp course that combines the 5 elements as a guide towards an optimized state of wellness. This course aims to enhance strength, focus, flexibility, endurance and more.
Designed by a Lifelong martial artists Keoni Koch and Certified Yoga Instructor Amber Feldmann, HDU aims to provide a blueprint on maintaining wellness long after the final bell rings. We do not want to get you in shape. We want to keep you in shape.
Bootcamps run Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri allowing Wednesday and the Weekend for recovery. Want extra credit? Open gym Saturday until 2 PM for freestyle workouts. Many of our bootcamp graduates end up joining the Master Squad where they will now in improved shape tackle more advanced progressions in strength.
