HDFit is a class designed for everybody from elite athletes to the average person who doesn't workout.It's a designed workout with kickboxing and body weight drills and workouts that shred fat and build lean muscle! This class will shred your body and your mind to be bigger,better,stronger,faster!! Bring your can-do attitude and we will do the rest. Different workouts everyday make for a total body makeover, between kickboxing,circuit training and controlled full- body workouts. This class is sure to get you hooked and in shape to face your day!
Classes are Monday, Wednesday & Friday 5:30-6:30am.
